Joanne R. (Hildebrand) Horner

JOANNE “Tootsie” R. HORNER (nee Hildebrand), age 83. Beloved wife of the late John “Jack” for 50 years; devoted mother of Kimberly Horner (Jeffrey Farmer), and Mark Horner (Mary); dear sister of Floyd Hildebrand (Judy), and Shirley Skrodinsky (deceased)(John); caring sister-in-law of Thomas, James, and David Horner, and Bea Barilatz-Horner; also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was a true Cleveland sports fan, always enjoyed watching the Browns and Guardians.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory are suggested to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at lls.org, or the Lake County Council on Aging at lccoa.org/donate to help provide Meals on Wheels that Joanne loved.

The family will receive friends at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) Tuesday April 30, 2024 from 4-6:30 pm. 

Funeral services will immediately follow at 6:30 pm at the funeral home.

Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery 12:15 pm THURSDAY MAY 2, 2024. Please meet inside the front entrance at 12 noon.
